Celebration of Sara & Pierre's love
Sara and Pierre dreamed of a wedding venue in Ibiza where they could celebrate into the early hours, embracing the island’s authentic and traditional vibe. Finca Delica was the perfect choice, offering a natural, rustic setting that captures the true spirit of Ibiza.With 150 guests, we created an unforgettable dinner setup at Finca Delica, and the celebrations continued with a 10-piece band playing until midnight. Afterward, the party moved to the finca's atmospheric cave, where everyone danced until morning.
The ceremony took place at the charming San Lorenzo Church near Finca Delica. We adorned the entrance with a beautifully decorated flower arch, creating a stunning and memorable setting for the bride’s entrance and the couple’s exit.
To infuse Ibiza’s unique cultural traditions, we included a “Baile Payes” performance – a traditional Ibiza dance typically held after the ceremony. The couple loved joining in the dance, adding a special local touch to their celebration.

Ibiza holds a special place in Sara and Pierre's hearts. Though they live full-time in Switzerland, they spend much of their time on this beloved island, where they also have a family home.
Choosing Ibiza as the setting for their pre-wedding celebration was a natural decision. Since Sara and Pierre prefer an authentic, natural style over something flashy, we designed a beautiful three-day wedding experience across different locations.
The rehearsal dinner took place at their family house, overlooking the very tower where Pierre proposed to Sara. It was a meaningful and romantic spot to start their wedding journey. With its spacious garden as our blank canvas, we created a cozy, dreamy setting featuring a relaxed chill-out area and a long dining table adorned with fresh herbs, blending perfectly with the surroundings.
In true style, the couple arrived in a flower-decorated Land Rover, greeted by the love of 140 guests.
For dinner, guests enjoyed a BBQ buffet, with a jamón station as the main entrance feature. Adding to the Spanish charm, we had a live guitarist playing soft tunes. Cocktails flowed freely as the evening continued, and a DJ kept the energy high until midnight, allowing guests to enjoy a mix of mingling, food, and dancing. The soft lighting throughout the garden made the setting so inviting that nobody wanted to leave early.

Sara, enjoyed her bridal preparations in the tower of Finca Delica with her bridesmaids and mother. This stunning suite was ideal for her special moment. Meanwhile, Pierre, a relaxed groom, made a light lunch for his future wife, enjoyed some pool time with his friends, and then got ready in time for the wedding. Friends and family were present, adding to the day’s relaxed and joyful atmosphere. San Lorenzo Church Ceremony
The ceremony was held at the beautiful chapel in San Lorenzo, just a 5-minute drive from Finca Delica, making it very convenient for the wedding. Before the ceremony, we organized a refreshing aperitif with water stations, as summer was in full swing! Once the bride was ready, everyone gathered inside, and Sara made her entrance with her father. The church was adorned with beautiful flowers and greenery, creating a dreamy setting for the “I do” moment between these two lovely souls. The aisle, lined with large blooms, added a magical touch to the bride entrance!
The ceremony was truly beautiful, with Sara and Pierre savoring every moment. Afterward, we organized a petal toss to celebrate, followed by a traditional Ibizan “Baile Payes” dance performed by a local folklore group—a perfect nod to the island's heritage. The couple was welcomed with champagne before heading back to Finca Delica, where we had prepared an aperitif by the pool. With live music, cocktails, canapés, and heartfelt speeches, it was the perfect start to their Ibiza wedding celebration.

Once the aperitif concluded, it was time to begin the main celebration in Finca Delica's beautiful Ibiza garden. The space was perfect for setting up a dinner with two long tables, each almost 30 meters in length, and a head table for the couple. Guests found their seats by checking the symbolic markers placed on each table, as shown on the table plan.
With everything in place, the MC announced the couple, and we welcomed them with the lively Ibiza napkin tradition. The newlyweds danced across the tables to their chosen song, "A Lover's Holiday" (Single Version, Change Song 1980), setting the joyful tone for the evening.
During the delicious three-course dinner, we enjoyed a few speeches. As soon as the cake was cut, everyone moved directly to the dance floor set just behind the dining area. A 13-piece band, flown in from Italy, kept the energy high, playing well into the night (and perhaps a little past midnight!). From there, we guided guests to the post-party area in Finca Delica’s unique cave. In front of the cave, a cozy chill-out area was set up, allowing guests to continue celebrating until the early morning hours.
Finca Delica’s layout is ideal for Ibiza weddings, with various areas for guests to explore and a distinct cave space that no other villa offers for post-midnight celebrations. This multi-layered setup created a memorable experience, showcasing the versatility of Finca Delica for unforgettable Ibiza wedding events.

For a 3-day wedding, we suggest hosting the pre-wedding event at a different location than the Ibiza wedding venue to create a "wow" moment when guests arrive on the big day. The welcome or rehearsal dinner is usually a more laid-back event, perfect for mingling, cocktails, and perhaps a cocktail menu or BBQ at sunset. Live music or a DJ is always a great addition, with a relaxed finish by midnight to allow everyone to rest before the main celebration.
