One of our most memorable events was a spectacular Cirque du Soleil-inspired celebration hosted at an exclusive private villa from our luxury portfolio. We transformed the entire villa into a Lío Ibiza experience, but in the privacy of your own environment.
From breathtaking performances to stunning decor and personalized touches, every detail was curated to perfection. We brought the best acts, created the most elegant setting, and delivered a night filled with unforgettable experiences and surprises for the guests.
The evening began with a beautiful welcome drink where guests were entertained by captivating artists, beautifully singing pianist setting the tone for an extraordinary night. Following this, we guided the guests to an intimate dinner for 80, crafted with a luxurious ambiance and exquisite dining experience.
Later, an additional 150 guests joined for an open bar, where a lineup of incredible performers and DJs took center stage, keeping the energy high and the party alive through the night and into the early morning hours.

This project was an exciting challenge for us at Bliss Ibiza Event Planner. The client, Christopher, reached out just one month before his 50th birthday and wanted to create something extraordinary. Given that it was July, we had to act quickly. We recommended a few of our exclusive Ibiza villas with private clubs, knowing they wanted to celebrate and party in style. Christopher wanted more than just a fun party—he envisioned an event that was both special and elegant. While Ibiza is known for its vibrant spirit, finding sophisticated artists and entertainment isn’t always easy. With over a decade of experience on the island, we knew exactly where to turn.
We brought together top talent, including performers from Lío Ibiza and entertainment inspired by Cirque du Soleil, to create an unforgettable experience:
Welcoming actresses in stunning gowns greeted guests with champagne and personalized messages.
A singer at a black grand piano added sophistication to the welcome drinks.
Pole performances and live paint artists amazed guests by the pool.
A grand red velvet bar and elegant floral decor set the stage for a luxurious evening.
To capture every moment, we partnered with the best photographers and videographers on the island.

Elegant Dinner Table Decoration
Ibiza Birthday Celebration
When planning a birthday dinner in Ibiza, the options for table decoration are endless—romantic, classic, minimalist, boho, or rustic. For this special celebration at one of our luxury villas, the theme was clear: a classic and romantic style to match the luxurious atmosphere of the entire event.
We designed a beautiful setting with long tables draped in linen tablecloths. The table décor featured classic yet airy arrangements of white roses complemented by an abundance of candles, creating a magical and romantic ambiance.
The entertainment added an unforgettable touch to the evening: Dancers and singers welcomed guests in style. During dinner, guests were wowed by a cup show and the dazzling martini cup performance.
The dinner featured a Mediterranean menu paired with exceptional wines. To end on a high note, we introduced a Pavlova show cake, warming up the guests for the dance floor.
As the night unfolded, everyone enjoyed dancing and sipping drinks from the elegant bar setup. It was a truly special and unforgettable evening filled with laughter, joy, and luxury.
After the elegant dinner, guests moved to the villa’s upstairs pool area, where the celebration transformed into an all-night party. With some of the best DJs from the Ibiza scene spinning incredible tracks, the atmosphere was electric. To elevate the experience, we added extra entertainment surprises and provided an endless flow of cocktails, ensuring the energy never dipped.
To maintain a safe and exclusive environment, our security team at the door ensured that only invited guests could enter. This added layer of privacy and security is something we prioritize for the comfort and peace of mind of both our clients and their guests.
