When Bliss Ibiza Steps In
Studio 54 Ibiza Villa Wedding
End of February. A couple with a vision of non traditional wedding, an Italian famous planner who wasn't delivering, and a wedding less than four months away. One phone call to Bliss Ibiza Wedding Planner on Saturday — and we got to work, to save the situation. That's a real story!
From scratch. Full concept, full logistics, full styling. A beautiful Ibiza villa transformed into a Studio 54-inspired celebration, complete with Michelin-star catering flown in from Italy and a live Italian band from Lake Como to match all.. Because when the couple is cool and the vision is electric, every detail should feel it. Church paperwork sorted by Monday. Site visits, sketches, and planning sessions that ran well into the evenings — but every late night was worth it.
This is what three and a half months of planning can deliver when the right team is behind it.

Beautiful ceremony
It started, as it should, in the hills of Ibiza. Sant Agustí church — a beautiful, intimate chapel that set the tone for everything that followed.
Guests arrived to a shaded welcome with a water station and parasols, keeping everyone comfortable in the Ibiza heat. The arch was dressed with stunning florals — a grand, considered entrance for the bride.
After the ceremony was finished we naturally moved to congratulations, champagne and a moment to breathe before the real story began. A classic, elegant start — and absolutely nobody knew what was coming next.
After an hour, the minivans arrived. Every guest collected and brought to a private Ibiza villa, where the evening truly unfolded.

The WOW WELCOME
The villa was the canvas — what we built inside it was something else entirely. Chandeliers, dramatic lighting production, a stage worthy of the concept, and a decor scheme that turned a beautiful Ibiza property into a full Studio 54 experience.
The entertainment started from the very beginning and never let up. A live big band flown in from Italy, over 30 artists performing across the day, and a production team that made sure every element landed exactly as it should.
Behind the scenes, a logistics operation to match — around 40 catering staff alone, because Michelin-star quality at that scale leaves zero margin for error.
Seamless on the outside. An army on the inside. That is how it works.

Stunning wedding reception
The evening moved to the iconic 7 Pines Ibiza, where we took over the spectacular Cone Club — a clifftop venue with panoramic views over the sea and Es Vedrà glowing on the horizon. Styled in an old money aesthetic with a nod to quiet, sophisticated luxury, every detail felt considered, elegant, and completely timeless.
As destination wedding planners in Ibiza, it never gets old watching guests arrive here for the first time. That moment of walking in and seeing that view — priceless, every time.
The combination of an intimate church ceremony in Es Cubells followed by a clifftop reception at 7 Pines is honestly one of our all-time favourite wedding day flows. For couples who want to say their vows in a beautiful Ibizan church and still dream of that legendary Es Vedrà sunset — this is it. Tradition and grandeur, perfectly balanced.

Ibiza Wedding Cake
The show must go on!
From the moment Codie and Scott made their entrance through a cloud of smoke bombs, the energy was set — and it never let up.
The evening flowed beautifully from one unforgettable moment to the next. Heartfelt speeches, a showstopping pavlova wedding cake, and a live violinist setting the tone for dinner — elegant, warm, and full of feeling. As the night deepened, the dancefloor came alive with a DJ and live singers, and the sky lit up with fireworks over the sea. And if that wasn't enough — guests could get a live tattoo at our real tattoo station, one of those unexpected touches that people are still talking about.
What made it all work? Balance. Gorgeous chandeliers outside for dinner, transitioning into a full colourful party atmosphere as the night unfolded. Wow moments without overwhelm. Energy without chaos. Every element thoughtfully placed so the celebration felt alive, but never too much.

We created an entrancing dinner experience — complete with artists from Cirque du Soleil, bringing that theatrical magic to life. A subtle Studio 54 twist, tailored especially for the occasion.
Then came the party. Cake, speeches, dancers — and on the custom stage, the live band from Lake Como got everyone on their feet. A beautifully designed bar, exceptional drinks, and projections running across the walls of the property to keep the atmosphere fully alive.
The party continued until 1:30am with the live band, before seamlessly switching to a DJ. For this couple, staying outside past midnight was non-negotiable — and thanks to the right coordination and the trusted network of Bliss Ibiza Wedding Planner's team, we made it happen. Even things considered impossible in Ibiza somehow become possible with Bliss...
